David Burns Aces 12 at PI

David Burns joined the recent Island Ace parade by hitting number 12 Saturday. Davis threw his DX Banshee right of the basket and it held its line and faded at the end right into the chains.

Show of hands here fellows. Remember that hole 12 is a blind hole. After hearing your disc slam chains, how many of you would have calmly waited for your card of 6 to finish throwing like David did, then slowly walk up the hill after everyone had thrown? ........ put your hand down Rufus. :D

Big Congrats! Finally in the Ace Club! Spoke with him yesterday about it, and he stayed modest in his own joking way; BTW he has a new disc on the way so he can retire his, it is the least I can do for him. At this point he is not sure, but he may retire it. :cool: :p I have some rare/limited ones (never used) in mind, or even some new plastic from a new company or two. Keep it strong and the drives long down there guys.

I gave him a new/old stock prototype Banshee a while back, hopefully he's already been breaking that one in so he can put the ace disk up. Or maybe he aced with that one?
