Me, Roy and Will got together today... mainly to plan for the upcoming tournament.
2'nd Thomas Bertrand Memorial at Klein Park

Players meeting 9am, tee off at 9:30
Entry Fee's: Open $50, Adv. $25, Am. $20, Novice $15, Junior $10
3 trophys in each division: Roy is locating frames.
Players pack is T-shirt, or club stamped gateway putter.
You only get a players pack if you PRE-REGISTER
Pre-regs will be available online, at club mini's leagues etc.., by mail, etc...
Pizza ordered morning of for $3.
Longs first round, shorts the second round, Novice plays shorts both rounds.
Juniors at lunch.
Sponsorship: WE NEED HELP. David Burns has lined some up already. Possible sponsors: Texas Surf Co., Specialized construction, DG Attorney at Law biatch, Blind Factory, Southwest Printing, Advanced Electronics, Cotton Cargo, Overhead door co., etc... WE NEED HELP FINDING SPONSORS!!!! cash, merchandise, gift certs., whatever!
Possible Gateway sponsored event. More details on this once we talk with Gateway.
We need a photographer. Anyone know some one that wouldn't mind spending a couple of hours taking pics?
Get holes 5 and 7 fixed, James hopefully bringing out the welder this weekend.

Finish painting tee's.
Fix unlevel tee boxes
Dirt added to 15 and 9. Hope to get the dirt out there this weekend.
I'm going to post Wednesday results, Roy is going to post Saturday results.
Need to order some Rocs, Destroyers, Excalibers, Champ starfires, Champ monsters, Firebirds, Aviar X's, possibly FLX Challenger's, buzzs, monarchs, pigs, any other suggestions?
Remove Jeff from the DBA
Get baskets from Jeff's shop, move them to James shop, and arrange for them to be galvenized.
Concrete at Klein: waiting till October to find out if we're in the Budget for the next fiscal year starting in October. We'll hold a club wide meeting to determine our next step if we dont make the budget.
Tyrrell park: wish there was more to say but we're still another year away before we can hope for more commitment from the city.
Claiborne West Park: I'm going to meet with Donna to clear our proposed 2'nd 9 route.
