What time is the night round?
How will you do mulligans on the 666 doubles?

Im thinkin it will probably start around dusk, so 8-8:30ish. didnt think about the mulligans in the doubles. maybe both players play in and get 1 extra shot each, but maybe exclude it from the worst 9 series, or both could pay $1 each and just take 1 extra shot from the same lie, or since theres two shots for each hole anyway not have the mulligans on the doubles round? any input?

I say if you want to do mulligans in the doubles round, do it the way the rest of the game is done, as a team. You decide when you need a mulligan, and both of you shoot if need be. And might as well keep it at $2 a man because it'll confuse everyone switching back to a smaller amount, and even if you announce it, people are still gonna be walking up sticking $3 in your face as the routine starts. Creatures of habit.

Too many factors. Remember now, our players can't remember what tees to shoot from a lot of the time.
I'd like to suggest changing the format of the wednesday league to a singles, doubles, and other mixed mini's while the saturday league is going on.

Wes, so the night and doubles rounds don't count for drops so that leaves 6 rounds to have 3 drops from so we're only counting 3 of our rounds?!? Is that correct? Also, why can't we count the night round?

the night round and the doubles rounds ARE counted, they just cannot be dropped

But what if 1 or both of those rounds aren't in the top 5 point-getting rounds that will count toward our overall standings? They would be considered dropped, right?!?
the way it works is this: You get to drop the 3 worst of the first 6 rounds. The last two rounds count regardless of how you do on them, you can not drop those two rounds. If you dont show, you just dont get any points for them, but you can not drop them.

O.K. I understand. If one doesn't show for either of the last 2 rounds then they would only get points for 3 of their first 6 rounds and zero points for the mandatory/must take last 2 rounds. correct? So there is no "wrapping up" first place early it seems? :-D
