Had 7 in attendance.
1. Concrete at Klein begins in October. Still waiting to see how much money the City contributes which will determine the method.
2. Claiborne Park second 9 will be in the ground within 4 weeks. Designs are currently being looked into.
3. Nominations for Board Members. Elections are July 25 at 11am at the location of the mini (klein or claiborne). Nominees are Dustin, Roy, Tim Rodriguez, Alan and David Vance.
4. Approved changes to the bylaws. Main changes are 3 board members instead of 5, shortened notice requirements from 30 to 5 days for regular meetings, 10 to 3 days for special meetings. Increased percent needed for members to call a vote on bylaws or recall a board member from 10% to 20%.
