Played 18 Hole Course at Claiborne On Sat. 08/22/09

Just a heads up. I guess the permanent baskets are going up soon at Claiborne, holes are marked with paint, etc.(We need to work on getting news about courses, events better.) So the Stanley brothers brought out 9 baskets on Saturday and we played the 18 hole course at Claiborne. IT IS AWESOME! What a difference 18 holes make,(the little merry go round 9 holer is gone, and they just mix in great with the full 18, totally different! This will be a regular MUST play course! Watch out for hole #2, it is a killer! Hole #15 is what I believe is the signature hole on course, basket on a hill, annie to right, beautiful hole. Whoever is putting the permanent baskets up, PLEASE let us know as soon as they are IN!

Yes Tongue, holes will be going up soon and they are marked; however, they have only been designed for less than a couple of weeks and are still waiting for final approval by the city due to underground electrical lines that must be surveyed and marked. When that happens, dates will be set for the construction. i don't think anyone wanted to get anybody's hopes up on the PERMANENT hole locations, that's why i think there might have been a little info on the DL. Glad you guys got to play it. Matt and Keith designed it and did a great job. As soon as everything is officially final i think info will be readily available and 100% factual. Can't wait, days-weeks away!
