Board Meeting 12-22-2009
2009 Christmas Party
All day event
Half off all club discs in stock
Tim Robinson is bring his grill, we'll pick up some food and beer (free to all)
Stacked doubles event at 2:30 (Free Entry)
Need some volunteers to help fill in the low areas around the concrete tees
PI Classic
This will be the last tourney on the current course
Fuzzy is working on a logo
We'll contact PI about mowing before the event
Getting scorecards made with a map of the course
Going to do 50 hotstamped CE discs
Will do raffle if we get any items to raffle
Will do pizza as usual
Klein Park
Checking to see if Lamar will do concrete tee's next semester
Will work with the city to do more box's on our own
Looking into costs for tee signs and artwork
Folsom DD6 land
Have proposal in front of them, waiting on permission to use the land (hill)
Claibourne West Park
Still waiting for the go ahead to put the remaining baskets in the ground.
