I let my wife visit with her friend and i play DG all day then we go out at night. the beach is like right there but i live less then 30 minutes from the beach here..... i hate sand..... I really want to get some pics of the holes at the Live Oak Park in Ingleside Texas. The Navy helped put this course in to give the navy people and ther families something to do. Lots of live oaks with a low ceiling and small alleys. They have some really long holes where the fairways are in an open field (and since it is near the beach, the wind is brutal, That coming from someone from pleasure island) and the basket is in the woods. $ of the holes are totally blind drives.... You cannot see the basket at all. The toughest hole is hole #5. It is a blind tee off i would say about 350-380. It is hard to describe , you will have to see the pics but if your drive goes to the left hard you end up in the thornny woods. i still have the scars to prove it and i was there in may. It is different than any course i have played john. I would say it was closer to athens then anything else we have tho but with all those dammed live oaks or even mesquite trees , they seem to grab discs right out of the air.....efforting on maybe getting some video also lol

Had a friggin' Blast at Moffitt today! Hopefully Gimp will post the scores here soon, Jordan and I shot our all time best. in competition, all with extremely high self pressure, generated by playing with a team who shot 12 under. We managed to bang out a -1 at the end, and we topped out the rec division. Both of us screwed the pooch a few shots, but the other always came up behind and saved the day. We even bogied a hole, with two duces to make up for it.

hey gimp, if you do post the scores up at the top there is a submit news and results link which when used, puts your name on the front page of the web site as contributing the results.

Way to go guys, yall are getting better for sure =) Going out to play today?

Yea, i have html disabled so you cant use tables here currently, I may enable it in the future though. I believe you can submit news in a table format though just have to click html formatted instead of plain text.

Gimp posted on the hfds Mboard that the next Big Money Doubles Tourney will more then likely be held at Macgregor. Seems to be the favorite course of some locals so we should represent pretty good for that one... hopefully it doesnt fall on any birthdays or holidays for me this time lol
