Didn't think so, Now you can get rid of them for free by using the national do not call registry at http://donotcall.gov This is a free service and is supposed to keep you telemarketer free for 5 years then you have to register the phones again, you can do like 3 phone numbers per email address that you have..
It just went live today and there are alot of people hitting the site so chances are you wont be able to get on the web site, especially after CNN does their little news bit on it.
