</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="pn-normal" align="left" valign="top"> It was another great evening for Disc golf on the Island Wenesday. 13 players enjoyed a light breeze and no bugs for an enjoyable round.
No one hit the ACE POT which grew to $12. This week all but 2 players bought a mulligan and they were all used.
$24 was collected for the Maintenace fund which brings the total up to $38.
The open had 6 competitors and it came down to a 3 way playoff with Tommy Winfrey, Jason Rainey and Kieth Vest all chewing up the course with a 47. Tommy eventualy won the playoff with Jason taking 2nd and Kieth in 3rd. The rest of the field came in with Matt Schion (50),Scot Linthicum (50) and Robert Winfrey (60) The top 2 payed out, 1st $16 and 2nd $8.
The Am had a field of 7. Brian Fawcett took 1st with a (54) with a tie for second being broke on a playoff with Steven Hall out lasting Chad Briggs (56).The rest of the field came in with Jonathan Bargainer (57),Jordan Thayer (65), Bryan Farquhar (65) and Scott Wozniac (66)
Look forward to seeing everyone back next week (weather permitting) .
Next week we are breaking the am division into 2 groups, Am and Rec. We want all divisions to be as competitive as they can be.
