You have until the 3rd week, July 28th at Tyrrell Park to sign up. The cost is a one time $20 for the league, you can buy a mulligan and enter the ace pot contest also for a chance at some big bucks.
Week 1 results are up in the message board, the grass is pretty high at Pleasure Island right now, hopefully it gets a mow before next week. We have 16 people signed up after the first week. Hope to see more people out next Wednesday 6:00pm.
We have broke the divisions up a bit differently for this league to try and better the competitive balance amongst the players. The old blue and purple divisions were combined into what is now the purple division. That division will pay out equally to all in the division, but the winner will get the bag tag.
The Gold division is still the same, 930 and up rated players from the combined leagues rate as gold. The people who were in the green division and some who were in gold were split into the green and blue divisions. There is about a 1 stroke difference in first to last in each of these divisions but from first to last on blue to green the difference was a bit more.
Hopefully this change works out good and we have alot of competition for the coveted bag tags.
