After having a scoring error in the first round, Keith was tied for the lead at the end of the tournament. He then went on to win the 3-way playoff and first place in Advanced.
WTG Keith!
In open I (Tommy) tied for 4th. I had a rough time early on in the first round but got things back on track. It was too late by then, but I did manage to win my card on the second round.
The weather really wasn't the best, the course was quite sloppy and we had a rain delay due to lightning right after lunch.
Overall it was a real fun tournament, In 2 weeks we will be having the 2nd stop of the GCCS at Klein Park in Beaumont. I hope everyone from the league plays in this event. Money that we have been making from the disc payout from our leagues has been put into the payout of the GCCS. The Klein stop is also a Southern National Qualifier.
