This will be the last league of the summer. It's likely that the next league will begin next summer rather than on the weekends in the fall/winter. Hopefully someone will step up and run some weekend flip doubles or minis during the cold months. If you are interested in doing this and need help let me or Robert know and we can hook you up with all of the information that you will need to get it going.
At Tyrrell Park the grass was mowed and the course was dry, seemingly perfect conditions. Unfortunately on the back side of the park a water line is broke and the mosquitos are out in force. It reminded me of the old days at Pleasure Island they were so bad.
Keith took 1st in gold today making the battle for first in this league very tight. In Green it's anyone's to take. On any week all are capable of taking 1st place this will be a fun division to watch. Blue division has Russell Gil leading the way in a division that is just as competitive top-to-bottom as the green and gold.
Next week we will be at Tyrrell Park again, hopefully the mosquitos won't...
