David Vance had led from the start in Adv Masters and going into the final round at the Duzee he has 1 or 2 stroke lead. (+2 Pa Davis, -2 Ace Run)
Tommy Winfrey led after the first round in Adv by 2 strokes (-1) on Pa Davis course. Then coughed up the lead on the Ace run by shooting even! Now in 3rd, 3 strokes back with the Duzee to go.
Robert Winfrey was in 13th after the first round at the Duzee +4. After throwing down a smoking +5 on Pa Davis, he's back in contention and maybe even top 5, we didn't stick around to see how the scores were since we are driving back and forth. With the easy Ace Run course to go he has a pretty good shot at it.
Wish more of you were able to make it over, the guys in Lafayette really put on a great tournament. They have 3 really nice courses also. The Pa Davis course being the newest addition. The course record on it is -3 until today when the pro's get over there. I would imagine a few of them will shoot -7 or 8, as 2 or 3 of them went into double digits under on the duzee course.
