You might need to get the latest version of quicktime
Get it here! (http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/standalone)

Also you might want to right click and save target as... to somewhere on your computer instead of just clicking to just download and view

i just did the medium ( the only one i have not viewed yet) and did not have a problem
