We had some great weather and were able to finish before dark at the new Tyrrell course. The scores were really good also. The first ace was recorded on the new layout on Hole #6 by Neal Martinez ( He wins $48 ) I have to admit his ability to hit aces is almost uncanny - (makes me almost want to go to church, almost!) Tim set the bar with a -7 easily retaining his #1 Bag Tag. Here are the results:

If you turn in a screwed up card you should get a stroke. I make sure to get the shot # not just par or birdie. I still make mistakes but was able to catch them before turning in the card. Sorry for the mistake Wes. You are right about one stroke making a difference though, int is tight except for ED bagging the field. If I am not mistaken, eds group started on 4, but started scoring on the card on 1.

***Edit to correct my mistake***

804.03 SCORING

F. After the scorecard is turned in, the score shall stand with no appeal, except for the following circumstances:

(2) If it is determined that the total score was incorrectly recorded, either by an error on a hole score or by an error in totaling the hole scores, including omission of the total score, the director shall add two penalty throws to the correct total score.

I have no plans on giving out penalty stokes because i have already had to change Rec player's scores.
I thought they started on hole one though. Would someone who was on that card please PM me today and let me know what hole you started on!!!

My post was actually in response to Jeff saying they should get "a stroke" when it is actually 2 strokes.

OK - I think i have figured this out . The card makes sense if they started on hole #4. I will go back and lower their scores by one.
