Final Midweek Mini of the Summer!

Next week (October 1st) will be the final Midweek Mini tournament of the summer. We will have lost 45 minutes of our daylight from the beginning of this month to the end. Night time has closed in on us making it hard to see to finish our rounds. So this coming week please be early if you can because we are going to be sending groups out at 5:30 and the final group is planning on going out at 6:00 sharp. If you are late you might not be able to get in on the ace run mini.

Our ace pot is pretty big and for the final Midweek Mini of the summer it is going to be from special tee's which will give most people a shot at the ACE money. Not going to guarantee that all of the tees will be moved, or that it will be hit but some of the holes out there are not aceable. So the Midweek Mini on October 1st will be somewhat of an Ace run mini to give everyone who has contributed to the ace pot one last shot of the summer to hit it. The scores on the round should be pretty low too for the round with short tees.

If the ace is not hit, we will be carrying it over to the minis we are planning to have on the weekends. We have not decided on the exact day of our fall/winter minis or even if it will be every weekend or every other with two rounds. More details on that will be coming soon so keep checking the site for news on that.

Wish i could've been there! I've been working 4pm-12am for quite a while now.... i've been able to find the time to discgolf sometime during the morning hours, but fence on saturday evenings, would love to play some DG on saturday morning! Believe me, I will show for the weekend minis if they're early enough in the afternoon

We have not set a time yet Scot. I know myself, i would like to do it early enough on a saturday to still have the rest of the day to do family things.

that's sweet, i'm getting changed on shift again... 6pm-2am(or whenever the job's done) so will be lots and lots of overtime.

Thanks for a successful summer of disc golf. We will start having some sort of fall/winter mini soon the exact day/time of it is still to be determined.

I will get the final ratings and other web update stuff done on 10/2, Robert should have the results posted sometime tonight for our mini though.
