We Need To Get Together This Week!!!!!!!!!!!

The city is supposed to cement the sleeves for the new course at the end of this week. Probably on Oct. 2. If not, it will still be real soon so we need to get a group together for the last time to map out the course.

I will arange to meet the city, but I need last suggestions for the layout.

If possible, we should try to do something on -

Tuesday morning, Sept 30. before noon.

Thursday afternoon, Oct. 1 after 3 pm

and/or Friday sometime around noon.

I will post in a few hours for sure when they are going out.

Post here when you can get out, so we all can meet up.

Fuzzy, get a hold of GIMP, see when he can make it.

If anyone wants to head out there and check it out, its about a block from HWY 105 north on Major Dr.




Also..............

After this comes together, we need to plan an Opening Day for the course.

If possible, I would like to do it before the Pleasure Island tournement on Saturday before the doubles warmup. Maybe some out of towners can make it then. We will get the news out there that day, and show appreciation for our sponsor. Maybe David Vance can work something out with Papa Johns to get some Grub on the course.

We need to start getting the sleeves together, I'll call you about that today DG.

Please if you have nothing to do on Thursday we could use your help. If i am not mistaken we need to dig the holes for the pins that afternoon. With enough people it should not take very long, assuming more people then me have post hole diggers.

I will be at the mini on the Island Wednesday so if you want to come help out let me know thereor just show up Thurday evening.
