I chose Sandersons since he has expressed interest in the past in sponsoring events and it is located on 69 just inside of mid-county so it is the most centrally located.
La Suprema would be cool also since I know some people that work there who play DG a little.

I think the owner of the Handlebar is a disc golfer. Need to see what's open though before making a decision

I choose Sanderson's because they have Foster's on tap and Handlebar is open.

I don't even know if chula's open yet I haven't drove by there in a while.
They were pretty cool with our large parties after the disc golf leagues but man the service sucks. Why the hell would they put 1 waitress for a party of 35 people?

Well, I don't have any idea what the U Special is, but I KNOW what the most tasty Mexican Dish ever is: Camarones Vallarta! Huge gulf shrimp, butterflied, stuffed with peppers(jalapenos, cerranos or habaneros) AND cheese from the Chihuaha region(mexican mozzerella) then seasoned up nicely and sauteed in butter or grilled over an open flame! La Hacienda serves these under the chef's specialties, Shrimp Vallarta!
In fact, La Suprema? Chula Vista? There ARE only two Mexican restaurants in the entire golden triangle area: La Hacienda and Carmella's. Well, unless you count the 798,657 taquerias in PA. ;)
Nah, I'm really just kidding. I'm sure lots of other places got good stuff too, but nobody can compare with those two on menu/value ratio.
