Played a round of golf today with Lucky, John J., and Ray, and threw my 168g CFR Orange Wraith in for the Ace on hole No.3. It just went straight through the gap swinging in fairly high and the wind brought it right in, bangin' some chains. John actually missed the ace as he was messing around in his cart. We were joking around about how he felt "cheated" because he paid the '51' and didn't even get to see the show. All were in on '51'. Was a good thing cause I skipped up and hit basket on Hole 8. :D

I made a change to the front page news stories and took the hole in one forum off of the list of things updated on the front page. It will still show up on the latest posts on the right side of the screen, but aparantly with how easy it is to get an ace now it's hardly newsworthy stuff. Feel free to use the hole in one part of the site for hole in one news though.

When i get some time i'll make it so that this forum isn't a moderated forum so posts instantly show up when people make them similar to how the normal forums work.

Hey, speaking of yesterday, did your blue Avenger come out of that collision course I sent it on with the tree alright? It smacked HARD. Good thing the tree was there though, cause it would have been tough to catch, and it was zooming RIGHT at you! You told me to throw it, "Make it a good one" you said... well, I did. That Avenger seems like it would make a hell of a thumber disc from the way that throw went. Might have to look into getting me one of them... you like it for sidearm too right? Seemed to have a confortable rim.

I'm sure it didn't have anything to do with the fact that I'm the one gettiing the aces, right Tommy. That is a crock! You didn't put the other one on the front page which was no big deal but this is ridiculous! "How easy" you say? Are you kiddin' me? Are you talkin' about how the courses are more open now? Who is hitting them????????????????????? So no Hole in One archive, then, right? Whatever! Preposterous. It think it was a poor decision to take the Hole in One's off the front page. Dude, let us who still do play disc golf have some glory!!! You have now placed the hole in one into the "No big deal" category!!! Why don't you just give me another timeout or just kick me off permanently. This was personal and you know it!

Neal, from a neutral viewpoint, wasn't Tom the one who asked everyone to cut the BS when you were being dogpiled on? Isn't this Tom's website, if what I read in that post was not misunderstood? I don't know Tom, never met or played with him, but knowing people, I don't think he'd defend you one week and then crap on you the next. And if it IS his website, be careful, don't bite the hand that feeds, you know. Besides, the general discussion forum has threads going back to 2003... and Aces still have their own category, so doesn't that count as archived?

Man i have had Neal on ignore for awhile. Well I got this feeling that he may have made a post on this thread bitching at Tommy. I took him off ignore to see it and I didnt expect to see those comments at all, even from Neal.

Neal, you are way out of line. What gives you the right to come onto Tommy's website and flame him like that. You have no reason to think it was personal. Tommy is a good guy, he doesnt play cheese-like games. He offers this site, and the work that comes along with it, to all of us for free, and you cant even repay him with a little respect. If you are not perma-banned after that then I will be truly disappointed.

I'll bet the teachers at Roy Guess look forward to each news letter hoping, no praying that they will get to read more exciting news about Neils disc golf acheivements.

You know, its really funny how some people (intentionally, subconsciously, accidently repetively) bring this sort of attention to themselves. And we all know there are many people like this. Thankfully, the GT has only one DG'er that fits this category.

We really should all thank Neil for helping the GTDG community meet the status quo of normal society. You know, its probably a pretty tough job to fill. Now all we need are some minorities to be absolutely diversified.

Its a blessing, not something youve perfected and need everyones recognition for, by the way, why do you fell the need to be recognized excessivley. It was a rather breezy day. I stepped up to hole #4 with nothing but the thought of birdy in my mind. It was a tough decision to decide what disc to use. I finally decided that i would break out this sweet 172 red champion sidewinder made by Innova Champion discs. WOW, I was amazed how it flew directly at the basket!!!! You know, i know all of you are jealous of me but, Man oh Man, you should really envy me now. I am the man and you all are jealous because you cant be as good as me....WOW!!! :roll:

That's not true. I did send something in a district-wide newsletter once. Maybe the 2 aces in 48 hours. My co-workers are very nice and supportive, thank you. What I didn't send in was when I won the tournament in Live Oak and aced also.

There's no "each newsletter" Dusting. They know that I play disc golf and do ask me from time to time how it's been going. Dusting, I don't recall having a problem with you ever on the course so I don't understand why you are being a (what you do to your finger when it comes into contact with a thorn)!

Hey, James. Haven't seen you out in a while. I certainly don't want to recognized excessively. I just was used to seeing the Aces go on the "Main" page where they have gone all along. Seems strange that things got changed up when it was my aces. Yeah, it's a blessing alright and I've very thankful. Tell Addie I said hello.
