GTDG and The City of Beaumont

We are now "in" with the city of Beaumont. Kirby Richard, head of the parks dept met with me at Klien along with Jim Terry, superintendent of streets and drainage to "fix" the water and drainage problem at Klien. Kirby is also very interested in dg and has said he will have the parks program director work with us and even said he was interested in hosting a large tourney. What a break through. I will follow up with posts on more info as talks go on.

The "fix" of klein will begin after all the hurricane related work is complete. Don't look for it to happen right away. Some of the preparations will be done as time allows but the dirt work will take some time (1+yrs?).

Possibly 1+ years???? Guess it is not as "simple" as what he said.

Well its not hard, its just the labor. parks is still cleaning up and repairing and they have a project schedule. So, we are "in" but still in line. Paitence young grasshopper! The ball is rolling.
