They are running stings for the Guy Lovers and made some huge busts on Tuesday.... Matter of fact, they went fishing and caught a Principal at a Port Neches Elementary school, for exposing himself to undercover cops.....http://www.kfdm.com/engine.pl?station=kfdm&id=14210&template=breakoutlocal.html

I think only Dustin has anything to worry about with those type of stings....bwhahahahah

They are supposed to be doing the same stuff at some point at Klein also.....Maybe...hopefully...one day these places will be rid of that shit....I dont like having to stand in the ladies restroom standing guard so my daughter can be safe in there, we shouldn't EVER have to be scared of things like that at a park.....What is sad is that we have to even be afraid of that at our kids schools from the freakin PRINCIPALS!!!!!

This world is a SAD place....

my favorite part ( that that any part of this is my favorite) was this When KFDM News contacted Woodcrest Elementary, we were told Lamb has been the principal for 11 or 12 years. When asked if we could speak with him, we were told Lamb had said he was going out for an errand at about 2 p.m. Tuesday, and he hadn't returned. At the time, school officials were not aware of the arrest. an errand, Yeah Right! guess he needed top go "drop" something off or " pick" something up

surveillance is under way now at Klein and has been since I complained to Kirby Richard about the problem at Tyrrell and Klein. The biggest visible problem was at Tyrrell and since we don't have a presence out there the problem probably skyrocketed. Klein is not so bad or visible but the vice squad is working on it. Those into deviant behavior beware!

From what I understand, they were running general prostitution stings out there, not specifically the gay guys, which is good, cause it would be wrong to focus just on the gays, not only because it'd be discrimination, but because there doesn't need to be ANY of that crap out there, straight or gay. Evidently they didn't do TOO well though, cause they only got these guys on exposure, not on soliciting.

Stupid cops and their stings - they'd get a lot better efficiency if they ditched the undercover/vice squad BS and just showed up and hung around for a while in patrol cars, with their uniforms on. I never will understand that, they dedicate so much manpower towards enticing people into crime, rather than using LESS manpower to hang around and discourage it.

It's like the whole Concealed carry law with pistols - sure it helps people a bit, but think how much less crime there would be if we could just wear them on our belts? If everyone who carried, were strapped in plain sight, people would be much less bold. Same with cops.

I moved this to the Tyrrell Park discussion forum. I think it has something to do with having a story about fags on the front page of the site that just didn't sit right with me every time I loaded up the site.

They were charged with several minor crimes I believe. indicent exposure, lewd acts, etc... The cops did a stake out and waited for the criminals to do their normal activities. I don't think the cops put a boy george look a like decoy in the doorway of the shelter dressed in drag to entice criminal behavior, they just waited for the day to day activities to happen. Also if you have noticed, there are not that many female prostitutes frequenting the parks, because the parks are homo destinations. I have seen one female at klein though. As for cops in uniform, does it really matter what they are wearing, their dress up uniforms, their tactical uniforms whatever. As for regular beat cops, they patrol the parks in regular uniform in their marked cars all the time, but they can't be everywhere all the time and with 40 + parks in beaumont, it would be an overwhelming tax burden on tax payers to station a cop per park. And anyways, these people use look outs etc to secure their behavior(hence the signs on the back of some of the benches). Too bad they were not looking for a beat up old blue chevy van that was used in the stakeout. Smile your on candid camera! The busts they made were from 11 am to 5 pm. which means they didn't get near as many as they could have. Also cops hanging out in the park would only discourage them from using that one park, and not discourage the criminal behavior.

Ah, well now, a stakeout is an entirely different animal than a sting. Stakeouts are one thing, stings are different. Sting ops are entrapment, and highly unconstitutional. And my point is, it takes a LOT more manpower and resources to conduct either a sting OR a stakeout than it does to establish a visible presence in such an area, and a visible presence DOES discourage criminal activity. It's the only method that is PROVEN to discourage criminal activity. One patrol car to a park is plenty. Now, if they would just take the trouble to rent cheap apartments on the side like metro area closet cases, none of this would even be an issue. Barring pedophile behaviour, I'm not about to begrudge ANYONE their sexual preferences - I've never heard of a queer raping another guy outside prison. I can even understand someone being so hard up as to feel the need to buy some @$$, the ONLY thing I see a problem with, is that it's in a public area intended for family recreation. But then us disc golfers are ones to talk about that sort of thing, you know...
