Sat aug. 5th I am holding a 150 gram and below mini. Im giving everyone a few weeks to put together a selection of 150 class discs. Texas surf company is gonna order about 10 - 20 drivers midrange and putters under 150 so that everyone will have the opportunity to get some discs and play. We will play klein if its dry, if not it will be at the island. I will let everyone know ahead of time. If you want a specific disc in a 150 class, call or go by the surf co and let sarah know what you want. I think she plans on placing the order next friday. Lets hope klein is dry cause I know I don't want to throw liteweight discs in the wind, but then again everyone would have to so its fair.

klein will be under water and light wind

I just picked up a 148 aviar and a 150 polaris ls at academy.

There are several 150 class DX Rocs at the Surf Co that have been sitting there forever. Any idea what sort of stuff Sarah was intending to order? Hopefully not a bunch of 150 Valkyries... cause I imagine everyone will go to Academy for those.

150 class flick are easy to come by. That would probably be a good choice for the island.

I got a 150 Banshee. they make Firebirds in 150 class too, but Kevin's probably got the right idea. The Flick was DESIGNED as a 150 disc.

sarah said she was gonna order misc. 150 class drivers, 10 of them I think and then 4 or 5 putters. If you want something specific, go by and let her know.

if there is no rain today then we will play klein, alternating long and shorts. long on odd #s and short on even. pray for no rain!!!!!!! I am going to try and weed eat around all the baskets if they are not mowed. Ill probably be at klein by 9:30 if anyone wants to join me in trimin up the waist high grass around baskets. What do ya think, 25' green areas?

If yall are gonna continue to have these 150s......i played wimberly last weekend & they had about a dozen 150 class DX RAMs for $3 a piece. Good wind disc.

Hey, Jeff et al... They mowed on Thurs. and the course is dry. Only water on the course is the puddle on Hole #1.

Jeff, about the format for tomorrow...Could we do 2 rounds; 1 from each set of teeboxes? Maybe take a 30-40 min. break in between rounds for lunch.

Also, please bring some GTDG plastic so I can get my payout from League 2.

Jeff, I was throwing a DX 150 Valk and found out quickly that if you throw that hyzer it will stand up and turn right. So, a Roadrunner, Sidewinder, Beast, and some others will do the same then I suppose??? I threw a 168 Roadrunner and that is a great roller disc.
