Not really, but it will be gone until we put it back!

All of the baskets are out of Tyrrel and at Jeff's shop (thanks james for helping me get the last 5 baskets after a couple of month delay)

1. The baskets need to be seperated first. (Need help getting this done)
2. Sanded
3. Some need minor welding.
4. Then they are off to be dipped.
5. Then scrapped a little. (Need help getting this done)
6. Put back together.
7. Put in the ground.

After talking with World Champion Dirty D. Vance, he may be able to help out with numbers 2, 3 and 6. Fuzzy knows how to get number 4 done.

That leaves numbers 1, 5 and 7. We need to get the ball rolling. Shouldn't take but half a day with a few people helping to get #1 done. Post up when you could help out, lets try to get Tyrrel back!

I can spend an hour or so on Wednesdays or Fridays after 5. I can usually spend the day on Saturdays, not sure about this Saturday but I'll see. Maybe even a few hours on Sundays. Any takers?

I can go any of those times if I can ride along, heheheh. I'll have to clear it with my trainer but I think it's ok  What's wrong with #4?

this weekend is bad, opening weekend of deer and duck season and I'll be at the lake for 4 days. Does anyone have any ideas on how to free some the basket sleeve from the pole without damaging the basket?

Tesla theorized that everything has a certain vibration frequency at which the structural integrity will fail. Based on that, it should be possible to vibrate them apart.

Astroglide ???

Astroglide might help slip the vibrators in yes...

Dirty D said he's ready to weld, just got to get the peices to him on a saturday that he's not winning the world championships.

Theres a place by Goodyear, International Galvanize maybe, they can sand and galvenize the baskets. I'll call them on Friday see if I can't get a quote.

We just need to finish taking them apart and load them up on a trailer and get with Dirty D.

aint nuttin to it but to do it

Hey, Will, you got that tag, right? What number are you holding for me? :-D

Wow...

The other day I was freaking out the WHOLE drive home cause I kept hearing this clanging noise from my back right wheel well any time I would make a turn. It's only JUST now that I realized what the hell it was, even after looking at the wheel and brake pads back there. I never saw the tag on my antennae, I was looking too low.

As for which one I have for you... well. Not the worst, I don't think. Here's a hint - if you add it's digits together untill only a single digit remains, it would be 4.
