Since there is some sort of tropical disturbance in the gulf that is moving up. We are likely to get rain early this week, maybe even on wednesday.

When should we make up rain-outs in the league? It's something we haven't had to address yet, but i think we should have some sort of make-up plan in place just in case it ever comes up. That way there will be no confusion as to when we are going to meet up. As it is right now, I'd be making a bunch of phone calls to make sure people are there at the right day/time. That's something I want to avoid.

I say that since the next league is dependant on this league ending. Rainouts should be the night of the scheduled league party. If there is 1 rainout that is. We could do a league party the next wednesday and hold back the start of the next league.. But if we print flyers that would be a problem..... we could make 3 weeks countinstead of 4 and call the rainout a missed week... I am open to any other ideas

what about multiple rainouts though? not likely to happen but you never know and I think we should have something in place.

I thought about the following monday after a rainout. The only problem is some people can only get out once a week to play disc golf and that might put some people in a bind. Gotta do what ya gotta do though and that's why we drop the lowest 2 point totals.

what about.....If multiple rainouts...... 2 rounds on a saturday or sunday to make them up. if we have 2.. if we end up having 3 or more rainouts, the next league will have to be backed up abit.

No we are talking about Tropical situations. We play through in rain but when it is TOO bad or dangerous to play.. that ois the situation we are talking about

Make it a majority decision between all those present when the situation occurs.

thunder or lightning is really all of the weather i dont care to play in, but a really bad downpour would suck to play in also. As far as playing on the weekends, I guess if we had to we could.

Ohhhh that is completely different than what I thought you were talking about lol. If the streets are flooded, you would not see me there. Unless I was there WHEN they flooded lol :)
